Catherine Copeland
Catherine has been with Career and Professional Development since 1989 in various roles and with various responsibilities, initially as liaison to the Pamplin College of Business, and currently as lead for career technology and assessment, and website administration. She administers the collection and reporting of first-destination data; we ask new graduates their first destination after the undergraduate degree, whether continuing education, or employed (or on the journey to accomplish that).
Catherine believes in career coaching students, to have information and resources to empower you to determine your best route to clarify and pursue your career interests and goals. Career and Professional Development at Virginia Tech is for all our students, with each person's unique history, present, and plans.
