Rotational and Development Programs – Business Management, Administration, & Finance
Rotational Programs are full-time opportunities for recent graduates for a specified time frame, generally spanning 18-24 months. During that time, participants typically complete two-to-three short-term placements in specific teams. Organizations may offer multiple rotations within a specific area of business to build your proficiency within a field of your interest, or a chance to try out multiple lines of business. These rotations are meant to assist you in figuring out your career path by giving you a chance to explore various functions in a structured environment, resulting in a permanent role placement on one of those teams. These programs are great for students who did not complete an internship in their target field or even for those looking to explore different career opportunities.
Leadership and Development Programs are full-time management-focused opportunities for recent graduates interested in people management and leadership roles. The programs focus on accomplishing a specific goal while building field-related skills and leadership qualities. You will get experience through combinations of trainings and projects that help to enhance your professional skills. While building connections with organization teams, you are able to foster long-term professional growth and support. Participants are often in a management trainee role during the program, then are placed in a permanent manager or team lead role (exact titles will vary by organization).
