What It’s Like
We are looking for a Content Design AI Intern for Product Experience Design & Innovation. We are a multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers, content strategists, and accessibility experts who work together to define and design end-to-end product experiences for our customers. Content designers at T-Mobile are not only experts in UX writing but are strategic thinkers who collaborate with partners on information architecture, content hierarchies, user research, content consistency and governance, and more.
What You’ll Do
In this role you will tap into your passion for machine learning and/or generative AI to help shape user experiences and content strategy to drive towards business and customer goals. You will partner with other content designers, designers, product managers, software engineers, and business partners, to integrate AI in the digital and Frontline experiences that T-Mobile creates for our customers, to improve our user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- As the Content Design AI intern, you will seek out and apply machine learning, generative AI, and/or nature language processing practices to incorporate into content strategy for product experiences.
- You will help create artifacts for AI training, sample prompts, content modeling, content governance, and more.
- You are self-motivated, innovative, and are driven by your passion for AI.
- You will also be an integrated member of the content design team, attending and contributing to content critique sessions and other content design meetings and activities.
What It Takes
- Currently enrolled in a Graduate program in Communication Design, Communication and Media Studies, and/or English, with a focus on creative writing
- Expected Graduation of Spring, Summer or Fall 2025.
- Experience in an agency or corporate environment, with formal content training
- Strong grammar and editing abilities
- Previous experience in product, technology or digital function highly preferred
- Growth mindset, teamwork, learner, biased for action, critical thinker, collaborator, driven, flexible, thrives in fast-paced environments
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
