Stunning & Brilliant Events | Savannah + Hilton Head is looking for dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Weekend Assistants to join our event team!
This is a paid, part-time position perfect for someone who loves weddings, events, hospitality, and being part of the behind-the-scenes magic that brings an event together.
Weekend Assistants may help with:
• Wedding and event setup
• Styling décor, tables, signage, and special details
• Assisting our Lead Planner throughout the event
• Working alongside vendors and venue teams
• Ceremony and reception transitions
• Keeping event details organized and on schedule
• End-of-evening breakdown and cleanup
We’re looking for someone who is professional, reliable, friendly, able to take direction, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. No wedding planning experience is required, we’re happy to train the right person!
Weekend availability is required, although you do not need to be available every weekend. Hours vary depending on our event schedule.
