Responsibilities:
Candidate Recruitment & Placements
– Collaborate with team leads to thoroughly understand clients’ roles and expectations.
– Create Boolean searches on various recruitment platforms including, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and Bullhorn.
– Source prospective candidates through multi-touch recruitment methods utilizing cold outreach via phone calls and email, job platform messaging, and network referrals.
– Conduct video-interviews to evaluate candidates’ previous experiences, current responsibilities, career goals, and salary expectations to determine qualifications related to client job requirements.
– Represent candidate to client opportunities based on experience and skill qualifications.
– Support candidates throughout the client interview process by providing interview preparation and debriefs, fielding questions and concerns, and extending client job offers.
– Collaborate with Account Managers across the organization to ensure all appropriate opportunities are presented to candidates.
Relationship Management
– Build and establish professional relationships with candidates.
– Maintain consistent communication with placed candidates to ensure they have everything they need to be successful.
Sales
– Consistently achieve monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI metrics).
– Support RightClick’s business development efforts by strategically gathering market knowledge from business conversations with candidates.
– Participate in virtual and onsite client meetings with the sales team.
Requirements:
– Professional internship (4+ months).
– Experience in a client-facing position.
– Desire to work in a sales environment where the ability to learn quickly and adapt is important.
– Innately competitive and driven by personal and professional goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience working with a variety of different personality types.
– Basic understanding of Information Technology (IT).
– Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
