đź’Ľ The Role
As a Business Development Intern, you’ll directly grow our merchant base by helping local businesses join the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to local businesses
- Introduce Aladdinmall’s free store solution
- Help merchants register and publish their storefront
- Guide them through Stripe onboarding (for payments/payouts)
đź’¸ Compensation
- Interns earn based on results, starting at $20–$60 per onboarded merchant, plus bonuses for high-volume outreach, retention rewards, and leaderboard-based competitions.
- Interns who help onboard over 100 businesses can qualify for $2000 milestone bonuses, and weekly sales performance is recognized through gamified rewards and team-based contests.
