As an instructor, you will be expected to:
- Teach using A ONE’s high-quality textbooks and your own academic expertise.
- Deliver dynamic, supportive instruction through Zoom, adapting to individual student needs and keeping them engaged.
- Motivate your students through a results-oriented, time-tested curriculum to build stronger, more confident learners.
- Demonstrate professionalism by showing up to class on time, replying to students in a timely manner, and holding students accountable for assignments.
- Foster an open, safe, and positive learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or pursuing a graduate degree
- Confident, engaging discussion leader with strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and deadlines
- Availability on weekday nights and/or Saturdays
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred, but not required

Compensation:
Starting rates are $40/h for non-AP level classes and $50/h for AP-level classes, with higher pay for specialized subjects (e.g., Olympiad or Science Research). Overall, rates are negotiable depending on your credentials and interview performance.
