Lindsay Schiller

Assistant Director, Career Development and College Relations

Lindsay joined the CPD staff on Wed. Aug. 25, 2021. Lindsay claims Richmond, Virginia, as her hometown, but has lived all over the United States. She attended Christopher Newport University for a bachelor's degree in art history and English literature, and is a proud Captain who bleeds blue! Amazing mentors and professors at CNU inspired her to pursue roles in higher education where she could give back what she was given. In 2014, Lindsay moved abroad for a one-year master's degree program in Dublin, Ireland, where she saw her favorite artworks in person and traveled throughout Europe. Returning to the U.S., Lindsay worked in museums, galleries, and as an adjunct professor in Richmond before moving to Florida for more graduate school with Florida State. After graduating with a second master's degree in art history, she worked in academic advising at FSU and then transitioned to the FSU Career Center. Lindsay is so happy to be back in her favorite state and continuing her work in career services! Lindsay can assist with: resume writing, cover letter writing, interviewing skills, career/major exploration, self-development assessments, navigating the job search process, networking skills, and LinkedIn help and guidance.
