| Tues. | Nov. 11 | Evaluating and Negotiating Offers During this session, we'll address considerations for evaluating and negotiating offers. We’ll discuss the Commonwealth of Virginia's 13 pay factors in determining salaries. We will also share salary surveys, cost of living calculators, and additional salary information resources. |
