| Volunteers will be outside Squires to unload your displays. Signs will indicate where you can park. DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE ELSE. | ||
| 7:30 am - 5:30 pm | Shuttle runs every 15 minutes between Squires and Upper Chicken Hill (across from Lane Stadium) parking lot for guests of off-campus hotels. Guests of The Inn at Virginia Tech can arrange shuttle service directly with The Inn. | |

registration; receive booth assignment;

| • | If you will be interviewing on Wednesday and scheduling your students during the fair, please provide students with an interview pass. | |
| • | If you contact students after the career fair, please turn in your interview schedule and student passes at the employer registration booth on Wednesday at least 1/2 hour prior to your first interview. | |
| 8:00 am - 4:00 pm | Refreshments in employer lounge, Jamestown Room, Squires. | |
| 9:45 am | Welcome and announcements for employers | |
| 10:00 am - 4:00 pm | Job Fair, Squires, open to students | |
| 11:30 am - 2:00 pm | Lunch for employers served in Jamestown Room. Please arrive at time designated on your lunch ticket. | |
| 3:30 - 5:30 pm | Student volunteers (wearing orange t-shirts) available to assist with removal of materials, loading. | |
| 3:30 - 5:30 pm | Come to the employer registration booth to confirm your Wednesday interview schedules. | |
| • | If your interview schedules are completed, turn in and receive your interview location assignment for Wednesday. This enables you to skip check-in on Wednesday morning, avoid a waiting line, and proceed directly to your interiew location. | |
| • | If your schedules are not completed, you may turn them in Wednesday morning beginning at 7:30 a.m.; arrive at least 1/2 hour prior to your first interview. Arrive early; you may find a waiting line. | |

have materials removed from job fair booth. If you are interviewing on Wednesday, your interview location may NOT be the same as your fair location. |

| Starting 7:30 am | If you turned in completed interview schedules on Tuesday afternoon, go directly to your interview location; no need to check in at registration. | |
| Starting 7:30 am | If you did not turn in completed interview schedules on Tuesday: Check in at the Employer Registration to receive your interview location assignment. Arrive at least 1/2 hour prior to your first scheduled interview so your students can be given location/passes without delay. Arrive early; you may find a waiting line. | |
| 7:30 am - 4:00 pm | Refreshments in employer lounge, Jamestown Room, Squires. | |
| 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Interviews: 25-minutes long; all scheduled to begin on the hour or half hour. | |
| 11:30 am - 1:30 pm | Lunch for employers served in Jamestown Room. | |
